instead of hanging out with prince and jack white after the citizen’s band performance we went to a mellow little bar in the lower east side, drank margaritas and took turns taking pictures of each other. i think caitlin actually took this one of beth.
caught my hometown friends loquat at the cmj festival when i was in new york a couple weeks ago. ryan manley and crew were in fine form.

went to see matt hales solo at the swedish american hall. great, intimate show. he’s a superb songwriter and performer. also, the swedish american hall does not serve alcohol. seriously.
more costumes, more music, more art. similar to love fest but.. different. max brought the burning man LED project which went over quite well.
