was able to catch the unicorns’ final game of the season again during my trip to nyc in october. this time they emerged victorious (though in the consolation match).

this actually marks a nice one year milestone from my very first post here at reidspice.com – here’s the 2007 unicorns team photograph from a year ago.

instead of hanging out with prince and jack white after the citizen’s band performance we went to a mellow little bar in the lower east side, drank margaritas and took turns taking pictures of each other. i think caitlin actually took this one of beth.

had a wonderful time at lovefest (again). one of my favorite street festivals in san francisco. the weather was great, people were great, costumes were great, music was great. so, yeah, great. it was.

had a great time in munich, including this wonderful bike ride we took through the city (with a few beer garden stops along the way). i think munich is the most bike-friendly city i’ve ever visited.

had a great time with the team back in brighton in july. was lovely to see everyone again and spend some time at the oh so and the ha-ha. apparently the weather before we got there was dreadful and the weather since we left has been worse. guess we were lucky.
